- Luggage
- Remove any previous tags attached to your luggage.
- Your luggage, including hand-carried, must have your proper identification.
- Be prompt in bringing your luggage outside your room for collection at the designated time of “luggage out.”
- Take care of your hand-carried bag at all times. Do not leave your luggage unattended at the airports and other places.
- Make sure you are able to check if your luggage is among those lined up for loading in the bus.
- Pack one or two sets of clothes in your hand-carried bag (this will come handy just in case your luggage is temporarily mislaid).
- Keep luggage locked each time you leave your room and keep the keys where you can find them easily.
- It is always advantageous to travel light.

- Keep a record of details of your travel documents and traveler’s checks/credit cards.
- Leave a copy at home or in your office.
- Double check your name in the tickets and make sure it matches with that in your passport.
- Hotels usually have safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
- Please note that one has to pay for the loss of safety deposit box key, so take care of it.
- Bring along dollars in small denomination.
- In Israel, your dollar is widely accepted, so there is no need to exchange your dollar to shekel. In some countries, you may need to exchange your dollar to the local currency, just enough for your consumption during your stay in that country.
- Punctuality is a must whenever one is traveling with a group.

- Double check your room before final departure for things left behind in closets, drawers, etc.
- Clear your safety deposit box the night before departure time.
